Silver Dollar City

Silver Dollar City‘s season start coincides with spring break – March 13-31. You’ll get your favorite record-breaking rides and special entertainment. Along with their rides and attractions, they feature 100 demonstrating craftsmen, shows and entertainment, and unique dining experiences. If you’re bringing 15 or more people, don’t miss out on savings with their group rates.

Table Rock Lake

A Branson MO spring break isn’t complete without a trip to Table Rock Lake. There are hiking spots in Table Rock Lake State Park or you can find different boating experiences.

If you’re a fan of fishing, some of the largest bass caught in the state of Missouri have come from Table Rock Lake. Prefer bowfishing? Table Rock Lake’s shoreline is easy to wade in or there’s plenty of boat access for bowfishing.

There are also plenty of fishing guide services available for all three lakes in the Branson area.

Golfing

If you’re trying to get a round or two of golf in during your Branson MO spring break, there are some premiere courses in the area.

Top of the Rock Golf Course is a Jack Nicklaus Signature Course and the first-ever par-3 course to be included in a professional championship. There are peaceful waterfalls, wandering creeks, bass-filled ponds, and pristine lakes throughout the course. You’ll even spot a 150-year-old barn relocated from Arnold Palmer’s backyard from Latrobe, PA featuring historic photos and memorabilia from Palmer’s career.

There’s also Thousand Hills Golf Resort’s course, known as the World’s Best Par 64. The course caters to all different golf skill levels from novice to professional on their four separate sets of tees. During your journey through the course you’ll travel through beautiful hardwood forests past unique rock formations and over Ozark streams.

Branson’s Promised Land Zoo

You’ve got three options to choose from when it comes to admission at Branson’s Promised Land Zoo.

You can go with the basic admission which includes the Foot Safari, Animal Adventure Building, the Drive Thru Safari, and Parakeet Paradise. You’ll get a hiking experience through the contours of the Ozark Mountains, exhibits featuring owls, nocturnal animals, ruffed lemurs, reptiles and more, views of antelope, deer, camels, zebras, giraffe, and a free flight experience with hundreds of birds that you can feed with your complementary parakeet stick.

With the VIP Animal Adventure, you’ll get all of the above and a small animal encounter where their animal professionals bring out three to four animals not on display that you’ll be able to feed, pet, and take pictures with.

Finally, there’s the Ultimate Excursion in which you’ll get all of the above as well as a guided RTV tour with your own guide through the park to meet their animals up close and your choice of two exclusive encounters with sloths, lemur, owls, or anteaters.

Stockstill Park

Another outdoor attraction for your Branson MO spring break is Stockstill Park. The park sits adjacent to Roark creek and has a 1/2 mile walking path with access to the creek.
