Branson Christmas lights
Lights of Joy
Lights of Joy Drive-Thru is open 5-11 p.m. nightly through Jan. 5 and features over 250 themed light displays. It has won best Branson Christmas lights display from “The Best of Branson” in each of the last four years.
The one-mile drive-thru attraction refreshes its displays each year. Even if you went last year, you’ll notice every major display except the tunnel and video boards have been replaced. You’ll also be able to visit Santa on most Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays starting at 6 p.m.
Lights of Joy is located north of Sight and Sound Theatre. You can enter the drive-thru at Shepherd of the Hills Expressway and Expressway Lane. Pricing is $25 per car Mondays through Wednesdays and $30 Thursdays through Sundays. Rates for minibuses, limos, and motor coaches may vary.
Trail of Lights
Shepherd of the Hills’ Trail of Lights is open Dusk until 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and Dusk until 11 p.m. Friday and Saturdays until Jan 4. On Dec. 31st they will close at 9 p.m.
The Trail of Lights has been the longest running drive-through Branson Christmas lights attraction. It features millions of multi-colored Christmas lights among themed and animated displays. Pricing is $25-30 per car load or $50 per van (vehicles with 8-15 riders). Single axle vehicles only.

Let There Be Lights
The Promised Land Zoo’s Let There Be Lights drive-thru Christmas Light display features two miles of animated LED lights in their 74 acre park that also features zoo animals. With your entry fee of $30 per carload (up to six people) or $45 (7 or more) you’ll also receive admission to the exotic petting zoo and photos with Santa. No motorcoaches or outside animals are allowed.
You can enter beginning at 5 p.m. each day until Dec. 31 and the attraction closes at 11 p.m. Their address is 2751 Shepherd of the Hills Expressway, Branson, MO 65616.

Branson Christmas Light Bus Tour
The Branson Christmas Light Bus Tour lasts approximately 2 hours and runs $70 per adult and $30 for children. If you book online, they sometimes have Buy 1 Get 1 Free tickets.
Their routes take you to Branson’s most famous holiday landmarks and hidden gems. Christmas music plays on the bus as well as some seasonal storytelling and singalong opportunities. At select locations, you’ll have a chance to step off the bus to take photos or videos.

Christmas Lights Trolley Trip
Trolley Trips’ Branson Christmas lights tour costs $39.99 per person (kids 3 and under are free) and begins at their store on 1940 W 76 Country Blvd. Tours end on Dec. 31.
Their Christmas Light Trolley Trip lasts approximately 90 minutes. Their guides are known for spinning silly tales about the history of Branson’s Christmas decorations. There are also opportunities to join in on some caroling as the trolley will be decked out in Christmas decor and playing classic Christmas tunes.
An added benefit to the Trolley Trip – they say they’re pet-friendly for Canine Good Citizens!
Branson Limousine Christmas Light Tour
Until Dec. 31, Branson Limousine is offering 2.5 hour Branson Christmas lights tours! They’re available Monday through Saturday at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.
The tour includes a professional chauffeur, a luxury vehicle, Christmas music and seasonal refreshments at the check-in location located at the Branson Event Center at The Shoppes at Branson Meadows Mall at 4220 Gretna Road.
The basic tour route goes through “The Strip” (76 Country Blvd.), Historic Downtown Branson, Branson Landing Blvd., Big Cedar Lodge Winter Wonderland (or Shepherd of the Hills Trail of Lights), Christmas tree displays, downtown Hollister and Branson, as well as the drive-through Christmas Light Display “Lights of Joy.”
Pricing varies depending on your choice of vehicle but begins at $225 for a luxury sedan that fits three passengers and goes all the way up to $750 for a luxury Mercedes sprinter coach that fits up to 16 passengers.
