If you’re making a trip to Branson this autumn, you should check out some of the fall festivals in Missouri!
Many are a short drive from our hotel and are well worth the trek. We’ve created a list below, in order of their start date, so you can easily see if there are any on the date of your planned trip!
All dates and descriptions were pulled from each event’s website, Facebook post, or other official announcement and are subject to change without our knowledge, so be sure to check with event organizers before making plans to attend.
Shepherd’s Fall Craft Fair – Sept. 10-12
Admission at the gate is $5 for adults. Children 12 and under are free!
Shepherd’s Fall Craft Fair is hosted by The Shepherd of the Hills annually and features tons of craft vendors to display and sell their unique and handmade items.
There is live music daily, food trucks, ice cream, a petting zoo, mini golf, bounce houses and more.
The fun starts at 10 a.m. each day and ends at 7:30 p.m. except on Sunday (5 p.m.).
Autumn Daze Festival – Sept. 16-18
Hosted in the Awberry Parking Lot at 100 West Atlantic St., Branson, MO 65616.
Autumn Daze will have lots of homemade craft booths, food, and live entertainment all for FREE!
The hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday through Friday and 9-4 on Saturday.
Lots of vendors will be demonstrating their crafting processes and word has it there will be a celebrity autograph booth too!
State of the Ozarks Fest – Sept. 18
While not actually in Branson, Hollister’s State of the Ozarks Fest is only about a 15-minute drive from our hotel on Downing Street in Downtown Hollister.
Hosted by StateoftheOzarks Magazine, this fall festival features traditional craftsmen, contemporary artists, Ozarks history, local food, Ozark Mountain music, modern dance, cosplay, European combat, and more.
It is a free event and runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, September 18.
Our Lady of the Lake Arts and Crafts Festival – Oct. 8-10
Organized by and held at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church at 202 Vaughn Road, Branson, MO 65616.
Admission to their Arts and Crafts Festival is free.
There’s usually 40-50 vendors providing all kinds of seasonal and handcrafted items as well as live demonstrations of their work.
Food vendors will be on site as well.
The schedule for this fall festival is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday.
Annual Grape and Fall Festival – Oct. 9
The Grape and Fall Festival is also being held in the historic Downing District of Hollister.
There will be live entertainment, a street dance, petting zoo, a grape stomp, and a “Color Me Grape” 5k run/walk!
If you want to be a part of the color run, you have to register before the event. Check for a link on their Facebook page.
There’ll be plenty of food and a wine-tasting garden as well.
This event is one day only and runs from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Admission, other than the color run, is free.
