Welcome back to the Grand Oaks Hotel website. As you may have
noticed there have been a few changes done to our site that we are
very proud of. Feel free to browse around and familiarize
yourself to our changes.
One change that affects all eClub members is the new reservation
screen. Before, you would log in first as an eClub member with
your username and password and book your room from there. Now
you will click on the "Check Rates" or "Hotel Reservations" buttons
on the toolbars on the left and right that are present on every
screen and enter just the eClub password you were given when you
signed up in the advertising code entry field. There is no
need for you to sign in first anymore. From there you will
chose the eClub rate and book your room.
Before, when you booked you would not see your discount until the
room was fully booked. Now, you will see your discount
automatically after choosing the eClub rate and picking the type of
room you would like to book. You will receive a hotel
confirmation number which you can call the hotel with immediately to
check the status of your reservation.
